Our honey of spring flowers comes from farms of extensive grazing in ecological production and other natural spaces of Andalusia, where bees take advantage of all the diversity of flowers that grow in these fields during the months of April and May, mainly legumes, teeth of lion, thistles ... in short, all the spectrum of flowers that give colors to our fields in spring, transmits flavors and smells especially intense and floral to this honey.
When our spring honey crystallizes it appears with a light color and a creamy and delicate texture that we love all of us.
