Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) is an autochthonous shrub of the Mediterranean region that grows in dry and sunny areas in areas of holm oak, degraded areas and stony and eroded slopes. In Andalusia, bees collect this nectar at the beginning of each spring, producing a pure honey with a light color and a mild flavor.
