The organic fresh pollen comes in a reusable, airtight plastic tray designed to protect it from moisture and oxidation, thus preserving all its nutritional properties without the need for additives or preservatives.
To maintain its freshness and benefits intact, it is essential to store it in the freezer upon receipt. Thanks to its low moisture content, it does not freeze in a block and can be consumed directly without thawing. However, to reactivate its probiotic activity, it is recommended to extract the amount needed for the next 4 or 5 days and store it in an open container in the refrigerator. It is not advised to keep it in the fridge for more than a week, as it may lose some of its properties.
