In compliance with Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), Antonio Carlos Calvo Mérida (hereinafter, the provider) reports that he owns the website verdemiel.es. In accordance with the requirement of article 10 of the aforementioned Law, the provider reports the following information:

These general conditions of sale apply strictly to all sales of products made through verdemiel.es.

Any order made to the Supplier necessarily implies, as an essential, decisive and essential condition, the unreserved acceptance by the customer of the current Sales Conditions on the day on which the corresponding order is placed. Prices

The prices published in verdemiel.es are indicated in Euros and are valid except for typographical errors. All prices are inclusive VAT applicable on the day of the order, any change of VAT rates will be automatically applied to the prices of products for sale.

For the special case of stores and distributors as well as intra-community operators, prices will be indicated without taxes. It will be at the moment of the finalization of the order when the taxes corresponding to each case are indicated.

The provider reserves the right to change, at any time and without prior notice, the prices of the website.

The offers on products for sale in verdemiel.es will be shown in the section "Offers" or will be indicated in the product file and, if not indicated otherwise, will be valid as long as they are displayed on the screen.

In the event of a dispute between the supplier and one of its customers about a transaction made on the website, all data recorded by the supplier will be considered irrefutable proof of the transaction.

Returns

Once the purchase has been received, it has a period of 15 calendar days from the delivery of the product (considering as such date, unless proven otherwise, the one indicated in the delivery document signed by the receiver) to examine it and in case of no To fulfill the expectations, you can request the return of the product, excluding shipping costs already charged. In this case the return postage and the return costs will be borne by the customer.

To make the return the product must be in perfect condition. Once the merchandise has been received and after checking the status of the same, the amount will be refunded in the same way that the purchase was made.

In any case the return of defective products and erroneous shipments will be accepted, being the supplier who will be responsible for the shipping costs provided that the customer communicates this circumstance within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the shipment.

Important: honey is a product that crystallizes or changes its appearance in a natural way without being in bad condition, therefore, in these cases it will not be considered a defective product.

Legal actions, applicable legislation and jurisdiction

The supplier also reserves the right to present civil or criminal actions it deems appropriate for the improper use of its website and contents or for the breach of these conditions.

The relationship between the user and the provider will be governed by the regulations in force and applicable in Spanish territory. If any dispute arises, the parties may submit their disputes to arbitration or go to the ordinary jurisdiction, complying with the rules on jurisdiction and competence in this regard.

The interpretation and execution of the conditions, as well as all acts that are a consequence of them, will be subject to Spanish law, unless there are public order provisions that are contrary to this.
